BrimStone 17

General Information

BrimStone 17 is a complementary source of Nitrogen and Sulfur that can be applied to a variety of crops, when the soluble and available nutrients represented on the label are needed. It can be used on a broad spectrum of field, fruit, vegetable, and forage crops.

8% Nitrogen and 17% Sulfur

  • Can be added to starters
  • Can be applied with Liquid Nitrogen applications
  • Applied at 1 to 2 quarts per acre
  • Can be applied with Earthquake Liquid Humic
  • Can be applied with most herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides (jar test always recommended)

“Sulfur is utilized by a corn crop throughout the growing season. It’s needed both early and late during the growth cycle. BrimStone 17 is beneficial when either added to a starter, with side dress, or foliar applied late near tasseling. Sulfur is also vital for converting nitrogen to proteins, so many of our grass hay customers incorporate it into their spray programs.”
