          Water Quality Matters More Than Many Realize

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Many common water sources contain hardness minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, and bicarbonates. These minerals can tie up active ingredients in spray solutions, reducing effectiveness and limiting plant uptake.
         &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

          Andrew George of WGR Ag Services runs a 2,000-acre cattle operation in Buffalo, Texas. His family has been on the same land for approximately 128 years.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          After starting with Sugar Creek Ag products, he began seeing results quickly—even on some of his toughest ground.
         &#xD;

          “I said, what the hell—let’s just go ahead and spray the whole thing and see what happens.”
         &#xD;

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

          “Well within a matter of about four to six weeks, I started getting some phone calls… asking if we had actually planted grass in that field.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “I drove over there and I couldn’t believe it. It looked like I was growing grass out of rock clay.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

          A Program, Not a One-Time Application
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h5&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “When I talk to people about using Sugar Creek products, it’s not about doing one application. It’s about getting the mindset that you need to get onto this program.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          For hay production, Andrew follows a consistent approach:
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “You cut and bale your hay, you wait till you get about three to four inches of growth, you go out there and you spray it again.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “Your two primary products are the EARTHQUAKE… and the Forage Factor.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h5&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Performance in Drought Conditions
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h5&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          During the 2022 drought, Andrew saw a difference across his operation.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “At the heaviest point of this drought… we still had 70% of this property was still green.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “Every other property around us was brown—and it stayed brown.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          After receiving about two inches of rainfall:  “We’ve got almost 18 inches of growth in two weeks.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h5&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

          Todd and Trent Smith of Henderson, Texas operate 3S Cattle Company and have been working with Sugar Creek Ag products as part of their forage program. Upon leasing a new farm for hay production they knew some of the ground hadn’t been fertilized in several years.

          Sometimes you wait a full season to see if the change made a difference. That wasn’t the case here.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

          “All this hay behind us was all Sugar Creek fertilized — and it’s done tremendously well on our first cut…We’ve had 16% hay out of it. Our second cutting was a little better than our first cutting, and we’re making a pretty good third cutting here late in the year.”

          “Trent finished this year third in the show and I finished seventh. Trent’s hay tested over 16%, and it’s really high-quality, premium type hay.”

          2025 will be year number five in Texas for Sugar Creek Ag. Growing grass in the Lone Star State can be difficult, whether it is too wet or, more times than not … too dry! Hay growers and pasture managers who have been using EARTHQUAKE, Forage Factor, BrimStone 17, DropkicK, and PaybacK will tell you: It is not about the quick fix, but the long haul. Yes, they are seeing results after one or two applications, but the long-term effect of improving the soil and establishing a healthy root system is where the difference is made: Still green when other fields are turning brown, getting an extra cutting when others are done for the year, or extending grazing time by several weeks, are just a few of the things we hear from our guys in Texas.
